Jobs come the other way: we buy public planning records from PropertyData and fetch drawings from council websites. Neither is told who you are.

When they start and stop looking is logged, with the reason. They can’t download anything, and nothing they do while looking counts against you.

One ZIP, straight away, from your account: your details, your clients, quotes, estimates and files, in tables that open in Excel.

Delete your account

It’s offered right after the download. It takes your password and the word DELETE, and then it’s done. If you run a team, you hand it over first. Records of payments are kept.
