Everything you’d weigh a job by.

Jobs you take off the list come off the map too. They’re kept under “Jobs you ruled out”, in case you change your mind.

It never makes up a job.

Where they come from

Public council planning registers, bought through PropertyData. You see what’s approved or waiting for a decision.

When something’s down

It says so, in plain words, and shows only what it really has:

“These jobs were found earlier. The planning service isn’t answering, so jobs approved in the last few hours may be missing.”

Who else can see them

Other builders can too. It’s a public register and we don’t sell a job to one builder, so being quick matters.

Searching costs no credits.

A daily limit keeps it fair instead, and looking at the same area again today doesn’t count.
